has been involved in real estate and project management for over 24 years, who incubated SPMC. Prasad has till now supervised the construction of 25 million sft area with more than 100 buildings in different kinds of projects (i.e., residential, hospitals, schools, Commercials, IT buildings, hotels etc.,)

Besides having a Civil Engineering degree also has an MBA in project management. He has worked in IPMC since inception and has been its core member. He has delivered major projects for leading clients like Mantri, Purvankara, Salarpuria, Infosys, Sonata, Kirloskar among others as part of his career.

She is an Architect from BMS College and has design and architectural experience with over 20 years experience. She has worked in leading architectural firm like Vernekar Associates, Thomas Architects, Team – 2 Architects and Space Matrix.

He has held senior/leadership roles with leading firms and corporate like Spacetech design, potential design consultant, GMR, Bovis, Landlis, Purvankara etc.,
